Fellas,

If you truly have the desire to shed some excess fat and you can’t hit then the gym, then I have the best solution for you.

This also means you don’t have any more excuses.

Fasting is the practice of abstaining from solid foods for a particular duration of time. When you give up food, your body has the opportunity to clean all its excess waste.

Let’s go back to elementary science.

We learned early on that fat is stored energy. It’s automatically stored when we overeat—mainly with our diets comprised of meat, dairy and carbs.

Also, a lack of hydration allows the past meals to sit in your stomach and putrefy.

How can our bodies stay clean when we’re putting junk in it daily?

This is where fasting comes in.

There are 4 ways to fast:

  • Water fast
  • Raw fruits and veggies
  • Juice fast
  • Intermittent fasting (one meal a day)

These type of cleansing methods will allow your body to return to its original state.

No, it’s not starving yourself and yes it is a difficult journey. However, I promise you that it’s the most rewarding thing that you will ever do.

Ultimately, it leads to weight loss, mental clarity and more energy!

The amount of discipline that it takes to fast is the ultimate sacrifice. If you can deprive yourself from food, imagine what other vices you can deprive yourself of?

This does come with some side effects, but fasting effects everyone differently.

It could be as little as bad breath or as much as heavy fatigue—depending on the fast. Any type of adverse side effect is a sign of the body cleansing itself.

Try going on a fast for 7 days!

Think about it. Every minute that you’re not putting something in your mouth, the weight begins to slowly come off because the excess storage is being used.

Weight loss is 80 percent diet, 20 percent fitness.

It’s time to lose that belly fat. Fasting helps you lose weight, but it helps the body rejuvenate as the organs get a rest from always digesting food.

You should strive to hit the gym anyway, but if you can’t, this is an effective alternative.
