Here’s a look at the Hip Hop albums that people will be talking about this year. Which one is your favorite? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comment section.

Drake

Drake managed to surprise us with new music every year ever since his major debut in 2015 so there’s no reason why this trend should stop this year.

No hints on the rap artist’s upcoming releases just yet but we should expect at least one Drake album this year. Personally, I would mark October 2019 in my calendar if we’re talking about the drop date.

2 Chainz

After hinting that his latest studio effort ‘Rap Or Go to the League’ might hit the net in 2018, 2 Chainz owes us the release of the project for 2019.

There’s no reason why the album was never release last year but fans are already placing it on the list with the most highly anticipated Hip Hop projects of 2019. Judging by 2 Chainz’s previous releases, “Rap Or Go to the League” is most definitely worth the wait.

Kanye West

Kanye has had an interesting 2018, to say at least, with his personal issues making more headlines than ever. However, ‘Ye promised fans that music is still his primary interest so 2019 is going to be the year where the old Kanye makes a comeback.

Or is it?

It’s hard to anticipate what Kanye has in store for us but the rapper did hint at new music in the last few months. Online media publications also speculated the name ‘Yandhi’ for the rapper’s upcoming album.

Offset

With Offset’s debut album being delayed due to the split with his fiancee Cardi B, the Migos rapper promised fans that he will follow the footsteps of group member Quavo while aiming to dominate 2019 on the music scene.

The rapper’s long awaited studio effort was scheduled to arrive late 2018 but Offset is now back in the studio working hard to make sure his solo joint will hit harder than ever.

Very few rappers can identify with Post Malone’s quick come up in the music industry, so for 2019 the ‘Rockstar’ rapper plans on continuing his epic momentum with a new studio project.

The rapper already released his new single ‘Wow’ so there’s no reason why a new album won’t follow in the next few months. No hints on it just yet but we promise to keep you updated.
